This workshop aimed at strengthening PPPs by encouraging the exchange of ideas and cooperation among stakeholders, enhancing institutional and business capacities for gastronomy tourism development, and equipping public and private stakeholders with knowledge regarding modern tools and digital solutions to promote innovation in gastronomy. The program was carried out with the participation of Senegal, Malaysia, Tunisia, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, COMCEC Coordination Office, and other local partners.
