COMCEC Coordination Office (CCO) is calling for project proposals to be financed in 2022 under COMCEC COVID Response (CCR) Program. Applications will be closed on November 15th, 2021.
With a view to address the existing and potential ramifications of the COVID Pandemic, in the six cooperation areas (agriculture, trade, tourism, poverty alleviation, transportation and communication, finance), the CCO will finance certain types of project, which would focus on needs assessment, sharing expertise and providing direct grants to final beneficiaries. For the details regarding project preparation, submission, appraisal, implementation, monitoring and evaluation procedures, see CCR Guidelines. Other reference documents will be communicated to the relevant COMCEC Focal Points of the Member Countries through e-mail.
Within the scope of the program, projects related to Sectoral Themes prepared by considering the policy recommendations on COVID-19, which have been formulated by the COMCEC Working Groups, will be supported. Member Countries will also be able to submit projects for their specific needs caused by the COVID-19 Global Pandemic.
Please note that only government institutions registered to the relevant COMCEC Working Group can submit project proposals to CCR. NGOs and private sector organizations are not eligible.
