Within the framework of the project titled “Training of Accommodation Providers in the OIC Member Countries on Muslim Friendly Tourism Standards and Quality Service Provision” implemented by the Gambia Tourism Board, a study visit has been conducted on May 10th– May 17th, 2019 in Malaysia. The study visit, in which participants had the opportunity to gather information about Malaysia’s experiences and best practices on Muslim friendly tourism standards and quality service provision topics, serves as being input to the training program which will be held in Banjul, Gambia.
