Within the framework of the project “Enhancing Slaughterhouse Standards for Halal and Food Safety Compliance,” implemented by the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia in cooperation with Türkiye and SMIIC, a training program was organized in Indonesia on 1–3 October 2025.The training aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement best practices in slaughterhouse operations, while ensuring compliance with Halal requirements and international food safety standards.
