Within the framework of the project titled “Strengthening the Resilience of Tourism Sector against Crises through Communication” implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Burkina Faso, a training program has been conducted on 6-10 July 2018 in Ouagadougou. A total of 30 participants from Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire and Niger attended the training program which covered various topics including potential strategies and measures for different types of crises that may affect the tourism industry as well as preparation of a Crisis Communication Strategy.
