Within the framework of the Project titled “Halal Food and Meat Detection Methods Training and Interlaboratory Comparison for the OIC Countries”, “International Seminar on Halal Testing and Analysis of Halal Products” has been conducted on November 25th, 2023 in İstanbul on the sidelines of the World Halal Summit by Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC) as the second activity of the Project. The Conference has also been broadcasted through online platforms.
The conference, which aimed to promote different non-halal detection methods for the public and regulatory bodies, was attended by professionals from international organizations, academicians, NGOs and private and public sector in the field of halal.
